Canva Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Canva Specialist to join our remote team on a contract basis. The role focuses on creating and managing design assets that will be used for AI training and data annotation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all visuals are brand‑consistent and meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, edit, and maintain a wide range of Canva assets for AI training purposes.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality visuals.
• Document design decisions and processes to support effective AI model training.
• Provide feedback on Canva workflows and suggest improvements.
• Organize and version‑control all creative files in shared repositories.
• Communicate project updates clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required profile

• Minimum hands‑on experience using Canva at a user level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines precisely while applying creativity.
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools and best practices for remote work.
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets.
