Campaign Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Campaign Manager to join our team in Margao, Goa. The role focuses on planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate leads and achieve business KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement campaign strategies for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers and freelance resources to produce brand‑consistent assets.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics (GA3 & GA4) and other metrics, providing regular reports.
• Analyze data, derive insights and apply data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in campaign management, performance or digital marketing.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
