Caller (Outbound & Inbound)

About the role

CVF Media Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Caller to join its Bhopal office. You will be the voice of the company, handling both outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective and existing clients, share information about our automotive and mobility services, and support campaign‑related communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on campaign inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls, provide accurate information about services, and route queries to relevant teams.
• Maintain detailed call records and update the CRM or call logs after each interaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align call scripts with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with confident telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer literacy, comfortable working with Excel, spreadsheets, and call logs.
• Ability to understand and convey brand messaging; interest in media, marketing, or digital content.
• Good organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow‑ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (or local languages) to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
