Call Centre BPO Executive – Lead Generation & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Call Centre BPO Executive to generate and qualify leads for our real‑estate projects. You will make outbound calls, explain property offerings, and guide prospects through site visits and booking processes.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp and other sources.
• Identify genuine prospects, qualify them based on budget, property type and location.
• Explain project details, pricing, facilities and investment opportunities.
• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain communication until the next sales stage.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with sales and field teams.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM, Excel and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outbound call and lead‑generation targets.
• Prepare daily performance reports for the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Confident telephone manner with strong convincing abilities.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other communication tools.
