Call Centre Agent – Khasi & Garo

About the role

This full‑time, entry‑level position supports teachers and parents in the government school and Anganwadi ecosystem. As a Call Centre Agent you will onboard users to parent‑teacher groups, address their concerns, and help them maximise engagement with our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 70+ inbound/outbound calls daily for customer onboarding, activation and engagement.
• Follow scripted dialogues to identify user needs, troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Record all interactions and updates across multiple communication channels in a CRM system.
• Maintain a courteous, empathetic approach toward low‑income smartphone users.
• Achieve personal and team targets for call volume, user activation and engagement.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to escalate complex queries.

Required profile

• Fluent in Khasi, Garo, or both.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Motivated, mission‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
• Willingness to work from the office on weekdays and alternate Saturdays.
