Call Center Representative – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to join Neology PSquare TechSystems in Smart City, Kochi. The position involves handling inbound customer calls, processing image reviews, and performing data entry tasks on a night‑shift schedule while delivering professional, customer‑oriented service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone inquiries and make necessary follow‑up outbound calls.
• Perform image review processing and enter license‑plate numbers accurately into the database.
• Process toll transactions, video bills, and credit‑card payments over the phone.
• Research, resolve, and document customer issues in the case management system.
• Generate and handle various forms, correspondence, and account update requests.
• Negotiate payments and fee reductions within authorized limits.
• Maintain daily work statistics, attendance records, and meet image‑processing quotas.
• Assist other departments during low call volume and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) with 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English (C1 level) and ability to communicate with speakers of different languages.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and maintain high attendance.
