Call Center Executive – Customer Support

About the role

The Call Center Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and customers of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about diagnostic services and assisting with appointment management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and customers.
• Assist with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and general queries.
• Provide accurate information on diagnostic procedures, facilities, and services.
• Understand patient requirements and deliver appropriate assistance.
• Resolve queries professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions following company guidelines.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Education: 10+2 or any graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; prior call‑centre or customer‑support experience is a plus.
• Good communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Patient and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a healthcare support environment.

Required skills

• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in at least one regional language: Telugu, Bengali, or Hindi.
