About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Call Center Agent who will handle inbound phone inquiries in English and Spanish. The role is full‑time, onsite, and focuses on delivering accurate information and effective problem‑solving for customers, passengers, and tour operators.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers, passengers, and tour operators.
- Provide clear, courteous information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain high call quality standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow established scripts and procedures while adapting to each caller’s needs.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and diction in both Spanish and English.
- University student or recent graduate.
- Availability for rotating shift schedules.
- Willingness to work in the city centre.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a personal computer.
