Call Center Agent – Customer Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our Customer Support team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and delivering high‑quality service to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure closure.
• Document all interactions in the system with precision.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and satisfaction scores.
• Escalate or transfer calls to relevant departments when needed.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Participate in required training and development programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
