Cafe Manager

About the role

First Coffee is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead daily operations at its Bhubaneswar location. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent brand experience, driving sales, and ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of cafe operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, schedule, train and evaluate the cafe team.
• Achieve sales and operational targets while managing costs and inventory.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, control wastage and manage inventory.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with First Coffee SOPs and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in cafe, QSR or broader F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of sales, inventory and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
