Cafe Manager – Full-time, Bengaluru

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bengaluru and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy café. The manager leads opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling and shift supervision to ensure smooth service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer service and food‑beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and hygiene across all café areas.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers and manage cash handling and basic reporting.
• Support sales initiatives, train and mentor team members and address guest feedback.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Practical experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven sales skills to promote menu items and drive revenue.
• Leadership capability to motivate a diverse team and resolve operational issues.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to hygiene and compliance.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic inventory management knowledge.
