CAD Trainer – Onsite Training Instructor

About the role

OPA Learning Solutions is seeking a dedicated CAD Trainer to deliver instructor‑led courses on industry‑standard CAD tools. The role is based on‑site in Ghaziabad and focuses on preparing students and professionals for real‑world engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct classroom training sessions on CAD software.
• Develop and continuously update training materials, exercises, and project briefs that reflect current industry practices.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and project reviews, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the training team to refine curricula and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with software updates and emerging CAD standards.
• Participate occasionally in corporate workshops and specialized training events.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering with a focus on CAD applications.
• Proven teaching experience and ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics.
• Experience in curriculum development for technical subjects.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Ghaziabad.
• Prior exposure to industry projects or corporate training is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Hands‑on proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Hands‑on proficiency with CATIA or similar CAD platforms.
