CA Finance Controller – NBFC & Gold Loan Operations

About the role

We are a fast‑growing financial services firm focused on NBFCs, gold loans, and asset‑backed lending. We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead finance control, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic insight across our loan portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end finance control, delivering accurate P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow statements for NBFC and gold‑loan portfolios.
• Lead statutory compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC audit requirements, GST and Income‑Tax filings.
• Optimize internal controls for loan disbursement, collateral management and NPA tracking, integrating with core banking systems.
• Drive month‑end closing, reconciliations and variance analysis to flag operational and credit risks.
• Partner with Treasury and Risk teams to monitor liquidity, capital adequacy (CRAR/Basel III) and ALM metrics.
• Automate reporting using ERP (Tally, SAP FICO or Oracle Financials) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for board‑level visibility.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience in NBFC or gold‑loan finance operations.
• Deep knowledge of RBI NBFC regulations and NPA provisioning norms.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, MIS for loan portfolios and statutory audit coordination.

Required skills

• ERP systems: Tally, SAP FICO, Oracle Financials.
• Advanced Excel for modeling and reconciliation.
• BI tools: Power BI, Tableau.
• GST and Income‑Tax compliance in financial services.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Finacle or Temenos.
