C++ & Data Structures Algorithms Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate C++ & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will deliver practical, industry‑oriented training and help students develop strong programming, problem‑solving and algorithmic thinking skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on C++ fundamentals, OOP concepts, STL, pointers, memory management and advanced topics.
• Teach core data structures and algorithms including arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hashing, recursion, backtracking, sorting, searching, greedy methods and dynamic programming.
• Provide hands‑on coding exercises, assignments and real‑world problem‑solving tasks.
• Prepare students for coding interviews, competitive programming contests and technical assessments.
• Conduct coding tests, mock interviews, doubt‑clearing sessions and track student performance.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve technical and employability skills.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in C++/DSA development, training or mentoring.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
