Buyer

About the role

As a Buyer you will be responsible for purchasing the materials, supplies, machinery and services that equip our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate across teams, monitor inventory, manage delivery scheduling, negotiate with suppliers and procure essential items that turn possibilities into realities for our customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in SAP MM and Excel.
• Global supply‑chain experience on Built‑to‑Print and OEM commodities.
• Project/volume purchasing for production and management of P2P processes.
• Process purchase requisitions, change orders and RFQs, and maintain regular communication with suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders per MRP signal changes, follow‑up on deliveries, approve payments and keep accurate records.
• Handle receipt management, shortage expediting and maintain procurement system data such as lead times and costs.
• Conduct vendor analysis, negotiate pricing, achieve cost savings and develop procurement policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4 to 9 years of relevant experience, including cross‑functional team collaboration.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
