Butler – Luxury Hospitality Role

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Fairmont Udaipur Palace as a Butler, delivering a seamless and luxurious experience for guests from reservation through departure. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every detail of a guest’s stay is handled with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests throughout their journey, handling reservations, check‑in, in‑stay requests and departure.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage teams to keep villas immaculate and ready for arrival.
• Arrange flights, dinner reservations, tours and any other itinerary items for guests.
• Promote on‑site facilities and recommend external services when appropriate.
• Assist other departments to resolve guest‑related issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain front‑office equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Support training initiatives across departments as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and uphold SOP and LQA standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality.
• At least 1 year of relevant Front Office experience, with specific Butler knowledge.
• Understanding of local hotel operation regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Hotel Property Management System (PMS).
