Business Process Controller

About the role

The Business Process Controller acts as a strategic finance partner, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance across the organization. This role blends industrial controlling, financial analysis, and business partnering to deliver data‑driven insights that shape operational and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and monitor key performance indicators for sales, revenue, costs, purchasing and operational efficiency.
• Ensure achievement of annual financial targets aligned with the strategic plan.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting strategic initiatives and influencing decisions through financial analysis.
• Oversee investment and project controlling, including cost tracking, budget control, Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and fixed‑asset capitalization.
• Maintain internal control frameworks, ensure compliance with financial standards, and support audits.
• Promote standardization of financial processes, aligning with shared‑service models and global best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in finance, controlling or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proven experience partnering with operational teams and senior management.
• Solid understanding of financial standards, internal controls and industrial performance metrics.
• Experience in investment/project controlling and cost‑structure management.
