Business Operations Manager - Telco

About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive end‑to‑end operations for our Telecom Value‑Added Services (VAS) business. The role ensures seamless execution of telecom operations, manages operator relationships, coordinates cross‑functional teams, and drives operational excellence across initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end‑to‑end business operations for Telecom VAS products and services.
• Serve as primary point of contact for telecom operator partners and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across operators and internal teams.
• Monitor operational performance, identify issues proactively, and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Content, Finance and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage operator onboarding, service launches and ongoing operational requirements.
• Track business KPIs, prepare operational reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience while ensuring adherence to SLAs and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years in Telecom VAS, Telecom Operations, Business Operations or Account Management.
• Proven experience managing telecom operator relationships and business operations.
• Strong understanding of Telecom Value‑Added Services such as CRBT, digital content or subscription services.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
