Business Operations Associate

About the role

Porsche India is seeking a motivated Business Operations Associate to join the Dealer Network Development team. The role blends data analysis, market research, and executive‑level storytelling to influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse industry trends, market opportunities and conduct benchmarking studies.
• Support dealer profitability assessments through data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Prepare sustainability assessments and assist with audit preparation activities.
• Compile monthly reports, dashboards and management review materials.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations, analytical reports and business insights for senior leadership.
• Contribute to strategic projects within Dealer Network Development.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in business analytics, market research or related fields.
• Strong curiosity, analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for turning data into compelling narratives.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint and business storytelling capabilities.
• Power BI dashboard development and data visualization principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gamma.
• Exposure to SQL and/or Python (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (added advantage).
