Business Lead - Identity Compliance

About the role

Airbus India is looking for a Business Lead to drive its Identity Compliance programme in Bangalore. The role bridges enterprise risk requirements with technical execution, leading global business engagement and access certification campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of periodic risk‑based access reviews, ensuring high completion and remediation rates.
• Serve as the primary interface for application owners, guiding them through compliance workflows.
• Define and enforce business risk rules and entitlement catalog governance.
• Collaborate with IAM and security teams to align policies with global business requirements.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for compliance audits, resolving findings and demonstrating control effectiveness.
• Develop and report business‑focused compliance KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Manage vendor relationships and prioritize platform feature updates.
• Provide guidance during campaign escalations to meet corporate security targets.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree with 8+ years in Cybersecurity, Identity Governance, or Compliance.
• Deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) frameworks, including risk‑based recertifications, Segregation of Duties and Least Privilege enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR, with experience working with audit teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex risk concepts.
• Experience driving change management, user awareness and training programmes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional IGA specifications using tools such as Radiant Logic, Brainwave GRC or SailPoint.
• Familiarity with IGA workflow tools and collaboration platforms like Confluence and Zoho.
• Strong project management skills for large‑scale compliance initiatives.
