Business Intelligence Analyst – Revenue Management (Gurgaon)

About the role

We are looking for a BI Analyst to build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that provide visibility into the commercial performance of the entire GMH portfolio. This role directly supports board‑level reporting, property‑owner communications, and commercial decision‑making by transforming data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using data from IDeaS G3, Lighthouse BI, PMS systems, and GA4.
• Compile the monthly Owner's Digital Performance Pack for each managed property.
• Create automated reporting for NRevPAR tracking, channel performance, and marketing attribution.
• Provide ad‑hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions by the SVP Revenue and Director of Revenue.
• Support the monthly Board Steering Committee with clear and actionable performance visualizations.

Required profile

• Hospitality / Hotel industry experience is required.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, along with strong SQL skills.
• Ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable visual insights.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
