Business Development Representative – Middle East

About the role

Flipkart Commerce Cloud is seeking a Business Development Representative to accelerate pipeline generation across the Middle East region. The role involves prospecting, engaging senior stakeholders and partnering with sales and marketing teams to create new opportunities in the digital commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound business development campaigns targeting retailers, marketplaces, brands and commerce organisations.
• Build a qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting and account‑based engagement.
• Engage senior stakeholders such as Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Marketing, Retail Media, Merchandising and Technology leaders.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to drive opportunity creation.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and adhere to reporting discipline.
• Stay informed on regional retail technology trends and the competitive landscape.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or inside sales.
• Proven experience prospecting into Middle East markets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Track record of meeting pipeline generation targets.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
