Business Development Manager – Staff Augmentation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the Indian sales motion for our staff augmentation services. You will own the end‑to‑end process – from cold outreach to securing pilot projects – while working closely with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cold outreach (30‑60 LinkedIn DMs, 40‑80 emails, 5‑10 calls daily) targeting CHROs, VPs of HR, and HR Directors across India.
• Conduct deep market research using AI tools and prospecting platforms to create hyper‑personalized outreach sequences.
• Build, maintain, and report a clean CRM pipeline from first touch to signed pilot, meeting weekly outcome targets.
• Schedule and lead discovery calls, qualify leads, and hand off qualified opportunities to the founder.
• Partner with the founder on positioning, pricing flexibility, and account strategy.
• Provide quarterly market intelligence and insights to refine the go‑to‑market approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in staffing, HR tech, or SaaS.
• Comfortable managing a high‑volume outreach cadence and tracking results in a CRM.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior HR leaders.
