Business Development Manager – Remote

About the role

Firas Digital, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its client base in the US, Canada and Gulf regions. This fully remote position will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams for seamless onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold email, networking, referrals and outbound prospecting.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the company’s CRM.
• Conduct discovery calls with international prospects to understand their business goals.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals for digital marketing services.
• Negotiate terms and close new contracts, meeting monthly targets.
• Record all activities, meetings and opportunities in the CRM.
• Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client handoff.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or international client acquisition.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence presenting to US, Canadian and GCC clients.
• Proven track record of outbound sales, LinkedIn prospecting and full‑cycle deal ownership.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently against defined targets.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000 during a 3‑month probation, rising to ₹40,000/month after successful completion.
