Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow Dignitea’s consulting practice across India and Singapore. The role focuses on selling diversity, inclusion and transformation services to senior stakeholders while championing social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development across Singapore and India.
• Own and deliver revenue targets for consulting services.
• Identify and penetrate target sectors such as corporates, MNCs and ESG‑driven firms.
• Engage client points of contact – C‑suite, HR, D&I, ESG and transformation teams.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, supported by consultants.
• Enable consultants to grow long‑term partnerships and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies for India expansion.
• Build partnerships with ecosystem players like ESG networks and industry bodies.
• Represent Dignitea at conferences, panels and thought‑leadership events.
• Provide client insight to consulting teams and feed market insights into service offerings.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of B2B sales experience with a business development component.
• Experience selling consulting, professional services, D&I, HR, L&D or ESG‑related services.
• Proven ability to sell to senior stakeholders (HR, ESG, C‑suite).
• Demonstrated experience in the India market.
• Entrepreneurial and self‑driven mindset suitable for an early‑stage company.
