About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, driving new revenue streams and supporting the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is focused, communicative, and capable of critical thinking when planning and executing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
- Develop new relationships to expand business and support company expansion.
- Maintain and nurture existing business relationships.
- Think critically during planning to ensure project success.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of industry‑related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to execute successful development strategies.
- Focused, goal‑oriented, and capable of critical thinking.
