Business Development Manager – Hotels (Gurgaon/Delhi)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the Independent Hotels team for MakeMyTrip, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with independent hotel partners across Gurgaon and Delhi. This senior role involves end‑to‑end account management, driving sustainable performance, and supporting hotel partners with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with and engage independent hotels, managing the full account lifecycle.
• Source, onboard, and grow the portfolio of hotel partners.
• Develop and execute business plans to increase net revenue and maintain competitive rates.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare MIS and market intelligence reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct on‑site visits, train partners on MakeMyTrip’s extranet and wholesale processes, and review monthly production reports.
• Negotiate deals, close contracts, and strategise marketing approaches for partner hotels.
