Business Development Manager – Brahmapur

About the role

MakeMyTrip’s Hotels division is seeking a senior‑level Business Development Manager to lead the Independent Hotels portfolio in Brahmapur, Odisha. Reporting to the Zonal Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with independent hotel partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high standards of service across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with independent hotels, handling end‑to‑end account management.
• Source, onboard, and train new hotel partners on MakeMyTrip’s extranet and wholesale platforms.
• Develop and execute business plans to grow net revenue, manage inventory, and maintain competitive pricing.
• Analyze performance data, prepare MIS and market intelligence reports, and provide actionable insights to partners.
• Conduct regular market site visits, negotiate contracts, and close deals that enhance hotel visibility.
• Collaborate with revenue management, marketing, product, and operations teams to align supply with demand.
