About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Bangalore market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with architects, project managers, and interior designers, presenting our product portfolio and securing high‑value accounts through consultative selling.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage key architects, project managers, and interior designers, delivering compelling product presentations.
- Secure high‑value accounts by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase business volume and profitability.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and set daily, monthly, and yearly targets.
- Expand market reach by targeting new segments using segmentation and penetration tactics.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, continuously proposing value‑adding solutions.
- Contribute to event marketing, brand promotion, and strategic planning initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in consultative selling and managing key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on achieving profitability targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and foster a positive team environment.
