Business Development Manager – B2B Field Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence by identifying and closing new B2B opportunities. The role combines field sales, relationship building, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new B2B opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Conduct field visits, deliver product/service presentations, and close deals on‑site.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients across diverse industry verticals.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet regional and company‑wide revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales messaging with customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and follow‑up reports to ensure seamless deal closure.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating leads, opportunities, and interactions.
• Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven B2B field sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while meeting aggressive targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel frequently across designated territories.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
