Business Development Manager – Architect & Builder Relations

About the role

Antara Collective is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow its network of architects, interior designers, builders and developers. This field‑oriented position focuses on building trust and long‑term partnerships with design professionals who need a reliable modular furniture manufacturing partner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and developers across Rajasthan and neighbouring regions.
• Generate qualified business opportunities through regular face‑to‑face meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Deliver compelling presentations of Antara Collective’s manufacturing capabilities and factory tours to prospective clients.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects, ensuring timely communication.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Maintain an organized CRM system and track sales opportunities accurately.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and propose new business initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in business development or project sales, preferably within the building materials, modular furniture or interior fit‑out sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable with frequent field visits and travel.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Rajasthan and nearby regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to manage contacts and sales pipelines.
