Business Development Executive – Vizag

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive sales of sports infrastructure solutions across Visakhapatnam and the wider Andhra Pradesh region. You will manage leads, conduct site visits, present tailored proposals and ensure smooth project hand‑over. The role combines field work with office coordination to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up qualified leads from CRM, understand customer requirements and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits, inspect project sites and coordinate measurements with the engineering team.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate commercial terms within approved limits and drive closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, site‑visit and conversion targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Coordinate project hand‑over with engineering, procurement, design, accounts and project teams.
• Follow up payments, ensure collections as per schedule and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in business development, field sales or sports infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Vizag and Andhra Pradesh; own two‑wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Target‑oriented with strong follow‑up discipline.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
