Business Development Executive – Sales

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Indore focuses on driving new business for YourBulkSMS, a mobile marketing and communication provider. You will identify opportunities, generate leads and present the company’s SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS and voice solutions to prospects across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and qualify leads.
• Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, SaaS, digital marketing or communication solutions.
• Strong new‑business development, lead generation and account management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Indore, manage field visits and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; analytical and problem‑solving skills are a plus.
