Business Development Executive – Manufacturing Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to accelerate growth of Inevia’s digital manufacturing solutions across India. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, building brand awareness and establishing strong relationships with manufacturing decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, targeting plant heads, production managers, operations heads, IT managers and business owners.
• Plan and execute daily field visits, manage territory‑wise sales plans and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging industries and customer needs.
• Present Inevia’s portfolio – MES, production monitoring, project management and custom software – and deliver product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that address specific operational challenges.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date prospect database and prioritize high‑potential accounts.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or manufacturing solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior manufacturing stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
• Passion for digital transformation and improving operational performance.
