Business Development Executive – LED Lighting Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive sales of LED lighting products for commercial projects, turning enquiries into confirmed orders while ensuring accurate technical and pricing information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare precise, price‑accurate quotations with correct product images for LED lighting solutions.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Production teams to gather specifications, availability, and pricing.
• Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into purchase orders and verify order details against approved quotes.
• Maintain enquiry logs, quotation trackers, and customer databases with daily updates.
• Support sales targets using forecasts and communicate order status to customers.
• Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and update Technical Data Sheets (TDS) using provided tools.
• Stay informed on the latest LED lighting technologies and assist the sales team with project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or BCom.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
• Knowledge of LED lighting products and quotation preparation.
