Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Printo, you will own corporate relationships, acting as the primary interface for key business clients. You will blend sales, service and strategic planning to grow revenue and ensure a seamless printing and gifting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, managing sales opportunities and service excellence.
• Initiate outreach to senior executives (Procurement, HR, Marketing) to assess requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain detailed account records and follow‑ups in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal production, design and logistics teams to ensure deliverables match client expectations.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of B2B or corporate sales experience with a proven track record in managing key accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience selling to HR, Marketing, Procurement or Admin heads, preferably in printing, gifting, merchandising or B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools for account management.
• Strategic sales acumen: funnel building, negotiation and opportunity mapping.
