Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process, build client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction for Jobs for Humanity, a nonprofit employment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on leads, conduct market research and analyse industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Meet with potential clients, understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, negotiate and close deals.
• Engage existing clients, nurture relationships and grow the client portfolio.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Prepare and submit offers, review orders and handle customer complaints.
• Collect and analyse customer satisfaction feedback and drive quality improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
