Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking to hire a motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1‑2 years of B2B sales experience in the Indian market and a strong drive to generate leads and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business prospects through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Create and maintain a solid sales pipeline and track leads in a CRM system.
• Identify client needs and present suitable solutions, including product demos and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to guarantee successful project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while staying informed of market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of B2B sales or business development experience within the Indian market.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
• Familiarity with Apollo or similar prospecting platforms.
