Business Development Executive

About the role

Travlounge is expanding its partner network across Kerala and seeks a field‑based Business Development Executive. The role involves direct interaction with business owners, partnership development, negotiation and closing deals to bring new partners onto the Travlounge platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business partners throughout Kerala.
• Meet owners and decision‑makers to present partnership opportunities.
• Explain the Travlounge platform and partner benefits.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow‑ups.
• Maintain lead and deal pipelines.
• Achieve onboarding and business development targets.
• Submit regular activity and progress reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence interacting with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Comfortable with field work and target‑based responsibilities.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and result‑oriented.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
