Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow MantraCare’s corporate client base and drive revenue through B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, employee benefits, or corporate wellness, with a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B/corporate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
• Pitch and present MantraCare’s healthcare and wellness solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and implementation.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Drive client relationships and support long-term partnerships.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, employee benefits, or related industries preferred.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Target‑oriented with strong ownership and execution ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with competitor organizations is a plus.
