Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Brain Boosters, you will drive growth by creating and managing partnerships with coaching centres, educational institutions and other B2B clients. The role combines lead generation, relationship management and market insight to expand the platform’s reach across rural and lower‑middle‑class learners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with coaching centres, educational partners and institutional clients.
• Manage the full business development cycle: lead generation, prospect outreach, presentations, negotiation and closing of partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding partner needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal product, marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track performance against growth targets and report key metrics.
• Support local marketing initiatives and represent Brain Boosters at industry events and conferences.
• Provide feedback on market trends to refine platform offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development, lead generation and B2B sales, preferably in education technology or training services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage multiple accounts.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, with solid organisational and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and market data analysis.
