Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and promote our digital marketing and SaaS solutions. The role involves generating leads, conducting client meetings, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and field activities.
• Understand client business needs and propose appropriate digital marketing or software solutions.
• Conduct in‑person meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or related services.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
