Business Development Executive

About the role

HAZERCLOUD, an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its growing business team. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will help expand the company’s footprint across Europe, the US, India and the Middle East by identifying and qualifying B2B prospects in sectors such as Healthcare, FinTech, EdTech, SaaS and Payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B prospects across target markets.
• Conduct outbound outreach on LinkedIn and via email, and follow up on inbound leads.
• Maintain and update the CRM to keep the sales pipeline clean and accurate.
• Schedule discovery calls for the CBO and technical team.
• Support proposal preparation and nurture conversations into long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily interaction with international clients.
• Strong research, prospecting and follow‑up discipline.
• Self‑starter with a high degree of ownership and the ability to learn cloud and DevOps concepts.
