Business Development Executive

About the role

Leaex is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its salon‑tech platform across Indore. You will identify new partnership opportunities, build a pipeline of salons and spas, and drive adoption of Leaex’s technology‑enabled services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect potential partner salons and spas.
• Conduct meetings and product demonstrations to showcase platform benefits.
• Negotiate partnership terms and close new agreements.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback, refine offerings, and support onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in tech, SaaS, or service‑based industries.
• Strong understanding of the salon, spa, or wellness market in Indore or similar urban regions.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
