About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships within the IT sector. You will work across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with client needs is also part of the role.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and oversee deal progression.
Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages.
Track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client requirements.

Required profile

BBA, MBA or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales.
Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
Demonstrated sales success and strong negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
