Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth of our IT products and services. The role focuses on identifying B2B prospects, understanding their technology needs, and presenting tailored solutions that generate revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and other channels.
• Qualify B2B leads, gather requirements and recommend appropriate IT software or SaaS solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, explain features, benefits and value propositions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct client calls, product demos, follow‑ups and negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentation decks as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and track progress against monthly targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, IT sales or a similar role.
• Good understanding of the IT industry, software products and technology services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in B2B interactions.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and able to take ownership of the sales pipeline.
