Business Development Executive – Field Work

About the role

The Business Development Executive will visit pre‑scheduled hostel and PG property leads in Kochi to deliver in‑person product demos, activate free trial accounts and guide owners through onboarding. The role requires close coordination with Operations and BDA teams to ensure trial progress and to convert interested owners into signed agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Visit confirmed leads at their hostel/PG property for live demos.
• Explain the product, answer questions and show how it fits daily operations.
• Activate free trial accounts and support owners from day one.
• Coordinate with Operations and BDA teams to monitor trial progress.
• Follow up consistently, providing nudges or additional visits as needed.
• Guide interested owners through agreement signing and onboarding.
• Log every visit and update the tracking system on the same day.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to manage own schedule without constant supervision.
• Comfortable with daily travel across Kochi; own two‑wheeler preferred.
• Good communicator in Malayalam (English a plus) with ability to build rapport with property owners.
• Organized, able to track multiple leads, follow‑ups and next steps.
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for live demonstrations.
• Prior sales, field marketing or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but attitude and self‑drive are essential.
