Business Development Executive – Field Sales

About the role

Blue Chip Clicks, a digital marketing agency, is seeking energetic, self‑driven sales professionals to meet business owners face‑to‑face, sell high‑demand digital services and grow with a fast‑moving agency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, field visits and local networking.
• Meet business owners and pitch digital marketing and website development services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
• Build long‑term relationships and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with creative and design teams on proposals and client requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate from any discipline (marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience; experience in digital marketing, advertising, IT or services sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel daily across Ahmedabad for field visits.
• Own two‑wheeler and laptop preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
