About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn the fundamentals of lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management while contributing to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails and other platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients, present our services/products, and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Maintain and regularly update a database of leads, ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead‑generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales activities.
Required profile
- Graduate or final‑year student with a strong interest in sales, marketing or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with clients and a self‑motivated, target‑driven attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
