About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn the fundamentals of lead generation, client outreach, and deal support while building a solid foundation for a career in sales and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns.
- Contact potential clients, present our services/products, and nurture interest.
- Maintain and regularly update a lead database, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
- Assist senior sales staff in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead‑generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare reports on lead activity and sales performance.
Required profile
- Graduate or final‑year student eager to start a career in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence speaking with clients and a self‑motivated, target‑driven attitude.
- Quick learner who can adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
