About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn the fundamentals of lead generation, client outreach, and deal support while building a solid foundation for a career in sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns.
  • Contact potential clients, present our services/products, and nurture interest.
  • Maintain and regularly update a lead database, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
  • Assist senior sales staff in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead‑generation and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare reports on lead activity and sales performance.

Required profile

  • Graduate or final‑year student eager to start a career in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence speaking with clients and a self‑motivated, target‑driven attitude.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
